Michael Glabicki of Rusted Root with Dirk Miller

I hope you are not busy on March 22 as we have prepared a special musical treat for you. All the way from Pittsburgh the very talented Michael Glabicki and Dirk Miller will come. Their names might not be familiar but I am certain you know the legendary band “Rusted Root”. Their award-winning album “When I woke”, released in 1994, catapulted them to the top of the charts with the hit single “Send me on my way”. This particular song has been featured in countless commercials, shows and movies such as “Ice Age” due its beautiful melody and amazing lyrics. It is and always will be a classic loved by people of all ages.

Not much has changes since Michael dropped out of College 29 years ago to become a musician. The legendary frontman is exploring different ways in song writing to achieve a completely new and fresh sound. Alongside Rusted Root’s guitarist and backup vocalist Dirk Miller, Michael Glabicki will be performing new tunes and old favourites. Buffalo’s band PA Line will be opening the night with their unique blend of funky, harmony – packed Folk – Rock. Their sound might be best described as a mix out of Mumford and Sons meets Rusted Root. Doors open at 7:30 pm, show starts at 8 pm.
